Ticket Terms and Conditions

TICKET POLICY

IN LINE WITH OTHER THEATRES IN THE REGION, ERT DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

ONLY IN EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, WHERE A SHOW IS CANCELLED/OR THE PERFORMANCE DATE ALTERED, WOULD WE REFUND.

WE TRY, BUT CANNOT GUARANTEE, TO RESELL UNWANTED TICKETS ONLY IF THE SHOW IS COMPLETELY SOLD OUT AND ONLY IF TICKETS ARE SIGNED AND RETURNED TO THE BOX OFFICE IN PERSON.  PRINT AT HOME TICKETS SHOULD ALSO BE PRINTED, SIGNED AND RETURNED. IF TICKETS ARE SHOWN ON A PHONE, CUSTOMERS WILL BE ASKED TO SIGN CONFIRMATION OF RETURN.

ONCE TICKETS ARE RETURNED, THEY BECOME INVALID WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT. 

 A CHARGE OF £1.50 PER TICKET WILL APPLY IF SUCCESSFULLY WE RESELL TICKETS, IN WHICH THE CUSTOMER’S ERT ACCOUNT WILL BE CREDITED MINUS THE TRANSACTION FEE.

TRANSFERS TO A DIFFERENT PERFORMANCE OF THE SAME SHOW CAN BE PROCESSED SUBJECT TO 72 HOURS ADVANCE NOTICE AND A IMMEDIATE  PAYMENT OF  A SINGLE ADMIN FEE OF £1.50 PER TRANSACTION.
