Nigel Walker has been taking photographs for almost seventy years and has appeared in many group and solo exhibitions over that time. He frequently speaks at photo clubs, adjudicates competitions in the Yorkshire region, has curated exhibitions and often worked collaboratively with others. His main interest now lies in exploring social and aesthetic themes beyond the normative photography.   

Nigel Walker’s 2-4-1 show will consider two themes of his photographic exploration.

Dissonance looks at our perceptions of the world in a post truth society whilst Industrial seeks to redefine our idea of beauty in unexpected places, in this case the area of Wincolmlee in Hull.
